LIFT Toolbox Holds Information and Resources for Member Associations

LIFT MA ToolboxWater Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) Member Associations (MAs) not only connect water and wastewater sector professionals — often, they also are instrumental in the spread of new technologies and practices that revolutionize how engineers, decision-makers, and utilities approach the upkeep of water systems.

Through the Leaders Innovation Forum for Technology (LIFT), WEF and the Water Environment & Reuse Foundation (WE&RF; Alexandria, Va.) are working to expedite the process of adopting new technology and provide up-to-the-minute information on the newest water sector trends and data. WEF and WE&RF now offer the LIFT Member Association Toolbox to help guide local professionals to the latest opportunities for innovation and engagement and to offer such services as connecting them with test beds and universities, facilitating participation in technology scans, and providing access to a national network of LIFT affiliates to share ideas.

Learn how the LIFT program can transform the function of your MA by viewing the LIFT Getting Involved 101 webinar, or by contacting the program administrators at lift@werf.org.
