Join other water-sector professionals to present a united voice for the water sector April 17 and 18 at the third annual Water Matters! Fly-In in Washington, D.C.

The event, hosted by the Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA; Denver), brings together delegations of water professionals from across the country to meet with congressional representatives on Capitol Hill. It begins with briefings and discussions on current clean water and drinking water issues being discussed in the U.S. Congress, followed by congressional visits. The Fly-In also includes a reception for participants and congressional guests, and concludes with a luncheon to share information and lessons learned. WEF and AWWA members can participate at no charge.

Contact Tommy Holmes, AWWA legislative director, at tholmes@awwa.org to register. For more information, contact Tim Williams, WEF senior director of Government Affairs, at twilliams@wef.org.
