Residuals and Biosolids Conference Shares the Latest in Solids Management

Residual and Biosolids 2017 ConferenceLearn and network with other water sector professionals during the Residual and Biosolids Conference 2017. The Water Environment Federation (Alexandria, Va.) is hosting this conference in cooperation with the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association and Northwest Biosolids (Seattle). The educational event presents the latest in solids management, featuring the topics of

  • facilities operation,
  • anaerobic digestion pretreatment,
  • nutrient management,
  • biosolids management and treatment,
  • thermal processes,
  • anaerobic digestion,
  • dewatering,
  • bioenergy,
  • thermal hydrolysis, and
  • biosolids facility planning.

The conference features an exhibition, an opening general session, 20 technical sessions, and a mobile session. Attendees also can choose to take part in a tour of King County’s South Treatment Plant and to participate in one of three workshops.
