Trade Show News Network (Brookfield, Wis.) ranked WEFTEC® 2014 as 68th in its Top 250 Trade Show list. The list ranks trade shows held in the U.S. by net square footage of exhibits.
In 2014, the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF’s; Alexandria, Va.) technical exhibition and conference drew 13,296 professional attendees and 6235 exhibitor personnel to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans and featured 1028 exhibitors on 28,157 m2 (303,075 ft2) of floor space.
WEFTEC 2013 was ranked 69th and the exhibition broke records, becoming WEF’s largest exhibition. So, WEFTEC 2014 moved up a spot on the Trade Show list and surpassed the previous year’s 971 exhibitors on 27,628 m2 (297,400 ft2) of floor space.
