While at WEFTEC® 2014, Sept. 27–Oct. 1 in New Orleans, attendees have the opportunity to experience the Stormwater Congress, an event held in conjunction with WEFTEC.
Stormwater professionals that attend the Water Environment Federation’s (Alexandria, Va.) Stormwater Congress will have access to networking opportunities and high-quality programming dedicated to stormwater issues covering topics such as
- regulations and policies,
- flood mitigation and resiliency,
- green infrastructure benefits,
- stormwater and transportation systems,
- operations and maintenance,
- stormwater research, and
- stormwater financing and funding strategies.

In addition to the Stormwater Congress, attendees can tour the Stormwater Pavilion, which will be twice the size of last year’s pavilion. Located on the WEFTEC exhibition floor, the Stormwater Pavilion will consist of 372 m2 (4000 ft2) of cutting-edge stormwater management products and services, as well as a theater featuring numerous presentations, discussions, and networking events.
