Examine Leadership Strategies at the Utility Management Conference 2019

The Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) invites water professionals interested in the latest approaches, practices, processes, and research of utility management to attend the Utility Management Conference 2019, held by WEF and the American Water Works Association (AWWA; Denver).

As a leading management conference, attending water sector professionals are able to share their experiences and learn from others in similar situations. Attendees will learn from case studies and real-world examples, receive hands-on educational opportunities, and have an opportunity to network with peers.

The conference examines such topics as communication and customer service, sustainability and asset management, public officials and workforce development, as well as reuse and smart water systems. Future leaders also are invited to the event to participate in the AWWA/WEF Young Professionals Summit.
