Laws & Regs

The 2018 National Water Policy Fly-In will be held April 17–18 in Washington, D.C. The Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.), National Association of Clean Water Agencies (Washington, D.C.), WateReuse (Alexandria, Va.), and Water Research Foundation (Denver) will host the event for water sector professionals to engage with policy makers.

The annual event helps water representatives connect with members of U.S. Congress and other government officials to address challenges facing the sector.

Discuss policy and the importance of investment in water for local utilities, companies, and communities during Water Week 2018. Share the value that the water sector brings to environmental protection, economic development, and job creation with government officials. Attendees also will have the opportunity to network with other professionals with an interest in water and learn more about the issues of infrastructure funding, affordability, regulatory reform, and research support.

For more information, contact Steve Dye, WEF legislative director, at sdye@wef.org.
