Water sector professionals looking to develop leadership skills have a new opportunity. The Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) Integrated Leadership Webcast Series provides these individuals a chance to learn on their own time.
The new online course provides access to a series of recorded webcasts used by WEF’s Water 
Leadership Institute. Participants also can take part in facilitated discussions online and connect with fellow classmates on a discussion board. The course includes reading material prior to webcasts, monthly leadership webcast recordings, and follow-up questions after each webcast. See the agenda for more details.
Register by April 30 to participate. The course takes place May 1 through Sept. 30 and costs $195 for WEF members and $245 for non-members. Participants also will be required to purchase the Strengths Based Leadership book.
