On Sept. 26, the Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) Students and Young Professionals committee (SYPC) hosted the eighth annual WEFTEC service project. Approximately 114 WEFTEC volunteers and 20 community volunteers helped construct a rain garden and outdoor classroom at the Pershing Magnet School (Chicago) for the project.
