2018 Water Leadership Institute Applicants Eligible for Scholarship

Apply now to participate in the 2018 Water Leadership Institute. This Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) program helps emerging water sector leaders develop new skills and knowledge through a curriculum delivered by expert instructors from various public and private organizations.

Participants can engage in management training and leadership development through online and in-person meetings as well as group activities and discussions. Those chosen for the program through a competitive application process can build strong, lasting relationships with others in the water sector. Through the program, participants will examine complex challenges facing the water and wastewater sectors.

The George S. Hawkins Scholarship now is available to help offset the cost of the institute. All applicants are eligible for the scholarship, which covers the cost of tuition. WEF will award the scholarship to one participant who has demonstrated a desire to continue developing his or her skills and is focused on continued involvement in the evolving water sector.

All water sector professionals are encouraged to apply. Submit applications by Jan. 31.
