Participate in LIFT Survey and Scholarship Exchange Program

LIFT LogoThe Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) and Water Environment & Reuse Foundation (WE&RF; Alexandria, Va.) have launched the Water Technology Survey to get a better picture of the technologies used in the water sector and how they are implemented.

Personnel from municipal wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water agencies, and industrial organizations familiar with water resource recovery facility (WRRF) technologies are invited to take this Leaders Innovation Forum for Technology (LIFT) survey by Dec. 2. Data collected will be aggregated into a data visualization tool that all respondents can view for the purposes of peer-to-peer networking and information sharing.

WE&RF, in partnership with WEF and the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA; Washington, D.C.) also has launched the LIFT Scholarship Exchange Experience for Innovation & Technology program. Through the program, utility personnel can receive travel scholarships to visit other WRRFs and learn about new technologies and innovative activities. Members of WEF, WE&RF, and NACWA are encouraged to apply for the program by Dec. 1.
